SAUTEED TURNIP GREENS

Yeah, you’re going to have to trust me on this one. Turnips can be hard to take a chance on, but thanks to Twisted River Farm] I got a chance to play around with these guys and bring you some awesome recipes!

Here’s where I started…

2 bunches Twisted River Farm] turnip leaves and stems

1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced

4 strips of bacon, chopped

3 tbsp white wine vinegar

1. In a pan, add raw bacon and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add in sliced onion and saute for about 5-6 minutes over medium heat.

2. Add in greens with vinegar and saute until greens are wilted.

Serve immediately.

HOW EASY! This way, there is no waste for these guys! Stay tuned for next week to see what happens with the bulbs!
